Refund policy

We want you to feel confident shopping with Shanyinren. The following terms describe the eligibility, process, and costs associated with returns and exchanges.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 calendar days after the date the order is marked delivered. Prior approval is not required. Contact us if you need return instructions or shipping assistance. Returned items must still meet the conditions below.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, an item must meet all of the following conditions:

· unused and in original condition.

· free from damage, stains, odors, and signs of use.

· returned with original tags, labels, accessories, and packaging where applicable.

· packed securely for return shipping.

Any product-specific exclusions will be identified on the product page and will apply only as permitted by applicable law.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

Contact us within 7 calendar days after delivery if an order arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially incomplete. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.

Return Shipping

Approved returns are free for customers. We do not charge return shipping or return handling fees for eligible items.

For confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items, the store will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs. No restocking fee or return handling fee is charged.

Refunds

After an item is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the return has been approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 calendar days after approval. Your bank or card issuer may require additional processing time before the credit appears.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be available for eligible items within the stated return window, subject to availability. No exchange handling fee is charged. Contact customer service for shipping instructions before sending an item back.
